ApexCare Governance

Terms of use

Last updated 10 September 2026.

1. What you are buying

Documentation templates, operational forms, and educational guidance. You are not buying legal services, regulatory representation, compliance certification, or any assurance about a licensing or inspection outcome.

2. Licence granted

On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the materials within your own care organisation, including multiple locations under the same ownership. You may edit them freely to describe your operation.

3. What you may not do

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the materials, edited or unedited
  • Publish them publicly or share them outside your organisation
  • Use them to build a competing template or consulting product

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for verifying that the materials meet the current requirements that apply to your licence category, in your state, at the time you use them, and for adapting them to your operation. Regulations change. A template is a starting point, not an authority.

5. No professional relationship

Purchase does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other professional advisory relationship. ApexCare Governance is not a law firm and not a licensed regulatory consultancy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of the materials is limited to the amount you paid for them. ApexCare Governance is not liable for any citation, penalty, licensing delay, denial, business loss, or consequential damages.

7. Refunds

Governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
