What is collected
- Email address and name, when you submit a form, run the governance check and ask for the action plan, or contact support.
- Governance check answers, if you choose to have the action plan emailed. Answers alone are never sold or shared.
- Purchase details, handled by Stripe. Card numbers never reach this site and are never stored here.
- Usage analytics, through Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics, which record page views and interactions in aggregate.
What it is used for
Delivering what you purchased or requested, answering support messages, and sending occasional emails about Texas care documentation. Nothing else.
What is never done
- Your email address is never sold, rented, or traded
- Your governance check answers are never shared with any third party
- No personal data is placed in URLs or shared with advertisers
Processors used
Stripe for payments, Formspree for form delivery, Resend for email, Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics for usage measurement, and Vercel for hosting. Each holds only what it needs to perform its function.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. To have your data deleted entirely, email support@apexcaregovernance.com and it will be removed within 30 days. You may also ask for a copy of what is held about you.
Retention
Email records are kept while you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterwards. Purchase records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes.
