Fourteen days on every product. No argument, no interrogation.

How it works

Email support@apexcaregovernance.com within 14 days of purchase from the address you bought with. Say which product and that you want a refund. You do not need to justify it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

Done-With-You Setup

The $1,497 package is refundable in full until customization of your documents begins. After that, a partial refund is available reflecting the work not yet delivered, because you are paying for work done specifically for your agency.

What happens to your access

On refund, your licence to use the materials ends and you agree to delete the files and any copies.

Chargebacks

Please email before filing a chargeback. A refund request handled directly is faster for you and cheaper for a very small business than a bank dispute.
